Guys. I switched to Sprint last August from Att. I purchased 2 evo's and have the family 1500 shared family plan.
Immediately after purchasing our Evo's sprint online showed that I was eligible for an upgrade
. I called them the other day and they said I am indeed eligible for an update and I have a premier membership that allows me to upgrade every year. The other line is only eliglbe every 22months.
I've been with them for less than a year. How did this happen? I do have a corporate discount of 27%. Maybe that's it? It was strange I was immediately eligible for an upgrade but i'm not arguing with them about it
I love sprint and their focus on customer service! I see me with them for a long time as long as their coverage is acceptable.
