No 4G isn't a huge deal. A very tiny amount of people are in an area covered by Verizon's 4G, it's even smaller than AT&T's 3G network :p

Have a front facing camera on my Thunderbolt. Have used it exactly once. Until every phone has one and there is standard default software for it on every phone, it will be nothing more than a gimmick.

I've had this phone since Friday now.
Pros: Scrolling is smooth.
-Dungeon Defenders, and the N64 emulator runs extremely well. Destroys the fascinate.
-Screen is very very clear, and crisp.
-Battery life seems acceptable compared to the fascinate and thunderbolt
-Very light weight wise compared to the thunderbolt and the original droid.

Cons:
-psx4droid does not work well with tegra right now so it runs slower then the fascinate, and about as fast as the thunderbolt
-Screen while crisp, is extremely washed out (Talking about color).
-Sound coming out of the Minijack is about as good as the fascinate, but not nearly as clear as the thunderbolt. For some reason the quality of the minijack on the thunderbolt is extremely high. (imho anyway)

I'll post more later, but all and all, as an off contract phone, I’m loving it. Not a two year phone though imho.

Motorola Droid X2 Review - Smartphones - CNET Reviews

Cnet 4/5
I'm not a fan of Bonnie Cha, but i'll take it where i can get it. I love the 4/5 after soo many inital looks trashed it. CNET on the BOL postcast even trashed it. Quite a few no name websites said WTF, yeah well, they can wake up now and hopefully understand that Verizon's 4G has issues and this is real option. Not a throw away phone...
