Sold: Sprint HTC Hero, rooted & Fresh 1.0 installed

I am looking to sell my used Sprint HTC Hero. The phone has a Zagg Invisible Shield full body & screen installed. Comes with box, usb cable & an 8gb micro sd(Upgraded). The phone does not have a scratch or mark on it. The phone is still active right now & is 100% fully functional. It is currently rooted & running Fresh 1.0.

I am asking $250.00 shipped to anywhere in the Con. US. Please feel free to ask any questions. Pics available upon request.

I switched carriers to Verizon and can no longer use the phone. There is nothing wrong with it. It is flawless and 100% fully functional.

Besides the fact that this phone retails for $400.00+, it has a Zagg Invisible Shield(full body) installed, an 8gb micro SD(upgraded from the 2gb that comes with it), comes with all the box, cables & headphones ... not to mention that it has been rooted & has a custom rom installed.

Not trying to be an ass, but it is easily worth $250.00 shipped. They are on Ebay used for $279 +, and that is without anything but the box & original acc.

Just something to think about. If I can not get $250.00 here by tomorrow morning, I will post it on Ebay, just trying to avoid the Ebay fees

you could always restore it to factory, and that negates any effect of rooting.

good move. I wanted the droid but didn't want to make that switch to verizon. I noticed they dropped their prices. I am personally thinking of going back to my pre...with the pdk and video coming in february the pre is getting better and better. I will wait for 2.1 and reconsider what is out for android then. Right now I need a hard keyboard. Good luck with the droid.

I did not feel like fooling with Ebay lol. I do not miss mine. It is a great phone, but without 2.0+, it seems pointless to keep that dream alive. The vanilla 2.0 on the Droid is sweet. The Google maps nav is way better than Sprint Navigation, imo. My battery life is way way way better, even with numerous tweaks to the Hero.

I am not saying one is better than the other, but i prefer my Droid.

I also have a HTC Hero that I am not using because I just bought the HTC EVO 4G. The Hero is in PERFECT shape. I have a Zagg clear cover on it and a Bodyglove. I also have a spare Zagg clear cover. This thing has always been in the bodyglove and is in mint condition. I will take the $230 for it if anyone wants to by it. It has not been rooted and works great!
