Just ordered mine today the 16MB... was thinking of going with Newegg 32GB version, but didn't want to pay 100 for an extra 32GB. Rather use that on buying SD Cards..

If you buy from Newegg or Bestbuy.. Don't forget to use Ebates or Fatwallet to get an extra 1.5% off your order...

Tried to use discover 5% but noticed after i placed my order.. you can't use it on computer purchases!!!... arg!!!

I did too! I wasn't going to. I was going to wait until they were actually in stores but the alert come through for Best Buy and next thing I know, I'm putting one in my cart and hitting that buy button. I guess stock must really be rolling in now as there has been a lot of stores setting off alarms on nowinstock over the last few days.

CDW has them on order, but it might be untill late june till they get it. The company I work for gets us a discount. The 16GB there isn't a price difference, but the 32 was about 7% cheaper.. but I didn't want to wait that long for it... I was going to buy a 32GB from micro center, and i chatted with someone online after I purchased, even tho they said available.. it wasn't... so I canceled the order...

I hope ASUS quality is good. I've either purchased Asus or Gigabyte MotherBoards.. and the asus never disapointed me in quality.. the MB outlasted the use... I was thinking about the Xoom.. but the stuff with the disabled SD made me think..

I have an Asus EEE Seashell netbook that has held up great. They always seem to really pack as many features into their products as they can. I don't think I'll be disappointed by the Transformer. Now to start stalking a keyboard.

Just order it online... I don't think they will get it instore anytime soon... limited quantities, so to send it to a store would be a waste of resorces... they sell out once they get it online.. I presume once the demand slows down, they will send it to stores... Since the production is not many 100k per ???... spread that out to how many physical stores?...

Just got off the phone with my favorite Best Buy.... they are ordering me one to be shipped to the store, supposedly with in a week. I am not one to do much ordering on-line, and my Best Buy has been VERY good to me and my wife, so I buy all my electronics there if possible.

Odd. Best I can tell you is that I chose expedited shipping. Oh. I have some sort of silver rewardzone status. Maybe that's it?

I've checked my tracking number and it is indeed sitting at the Kentucky UPS facility awaiting a flight out. Should be here Tuesday. (I should have done the overnight shipping but I figured I had waited this long.)

It is only 16gb extra, so even better decision. 16gb extra for $100 is whack. Heck, if storage space is a big factor, you can get the A500, 64 gb thumbdrive and still save $50 compared to the 32gb Trans.

I bought mine yesterday (Sunday) with overnight shipping. Just got a call saying they hadn't shipped it yet but would be soon, but for the trouble they are giving me a $45 credit... which was pretty nice. Hopefully they actually have the thing!

I got one on Sat but UPS still doesnt show it in their system. Does yours show in the UPSs system?

not in the UPS system yet.. They just probably have it on a skid to go out.. they probably haven't picked it up yet.. Hopefully it comes out of Kentucky like the other persons did.. i live in NJ.. not too far away

I went ahead and called because Ive worked as a vendor this size before and you create the shipment even before UPS picks it up so it should show "shipping information received." The best buy guy agreed that its odd that it doesn't even show a shipment so he is opening up a case, it might not have actually been shipped.

I do hope they can either ship another or get this sorted out so that it gets here this week. Im going on the road for a couple of weeks and would like to have the toy for that trip.

First of all, I have to say that my UPS guy rocks! He recognizes me when I'm driving through town in my car and he recognizes me when I'm out on my runs. And best of all, he recognized me today in a store parking lot and when I asked him if he had anything for me today (which I already knew the answer to), he said yes he did. He handed me my box right there. Have it charging now so it will perform the Asus update.
