It depends on specifically what features you're looking for. Take a look at http://syncdroid.net - they have a fairly complete list of the available options for syncing Outlook and Android. Some are free, others are paid. Some offer a simple feature set, others are more full-featured. SyncDroid does a good job of breaking it all down for you.
