Help Are Indulge users just chopped liver?

Think about it. Metro is a smaller phone company, and the majority of users are "low income" so a phone that originally had a price of 435$ is quite the extreme luxury. Combine those two and we end up as an incredibly niche market.

I mean we literally have the most expensive phone they have ever sold

Not low income here but I'm not rich and work a 9-5 ..I just dislike contracts with phone companies.

I like the idea of walking away on my own terms :)

As do I. My MetroPCS account is 6 years old and back then I was making well over 60k. Go hang out at a larger Metro dealer or even a corporate store for a while and see what our fellow users look and act like thought ;)
We are the exception

I know ...I just wish that metro pcs logo wasn't on the phone but I do like the
Hellooo Hellooo Hellooo Jingo that they ripped off from the 3 stooges...I'm a big 3 stooges fan and it reminds me of them LOL

I was with Verizon for 13 years and they did me wrong so I left them....13 years meant nothing to them..dirtbags !

I make a little over 80K but here in NYC that isn't much but I'm happy :)

Metro has grown out of the ghetto a lot and I know a few (relatively) well-to-do people that are fed up with the major carriers for their pricing and/or crappy service and are considering going to Metro.

Verizon charges you up the ass but you get great service...and then you have the rest, too expensive for their lack of consistency.

Now Google also doesn't like the major carriers because their prices and contracts hinder people from getting these web-browsing, Google ad flashing, mobile devices in their hands. If Google is smart, they would start investing more effort into developing for companies like Metro. The next knock-your-socks-off Google phone should be tailored for the likes of Metro, Virgin, Simple...etc and be set up with some kind of reasonable cost structure.

The major carriers are raping people. I heard a report on the radio last year on the most marked-up products in commerce. The price you pay for a glass of wine in a restaurant is the same price you pay for the entire bottle when buying from the store...but that's nothing.
Coming in at number 1, at a STAGGERING mark-up of 6000%....you guessed it....text messaging. It costs about 3 pennies to process a text message, yet the average charge in America is 20 cents. Does anybody else's ass hurt?

Needless to say, by this time next week I'll be a Verizon customer. I have found a couple of cracks in their armor where I can sneak in, and not only pay much less than most, but also pay considerably less than I do for Metro, get the same features and that sweet, sweet Big Red Signal.
I'm movin' to Droid Charge City baby. HAHA!!!

Bye bye Metro losers. Have fun dodging bullets and pregnant 12 year olds on your way to pay your bill.

I've heard this one before!! You'll be the one crying when you are using the same exact phone almost 2 years from now lol. By then Metro will have the roaming LTE agreement with Light Squared for 4g everywhere and much better phones, but good luck with big RED!!

What is this shit I see here?
Samsung 2600 mAh Extended Battery and Battery Door for Samsung Droid Charge at MobileCityOnline.com

The phone has barely been out and it already has an extended battery and case, meanwhile we're sitting here with our dorks in our hands waiting for our phones to charge.
It is official...as a Metro customer I feel like a second-class citizen.

According to this tread there will be an extended battery for the Indulge in a few weeks.....

What's the difference? I'm gonna have to pay full price for a metro phone anyway. With my situation i'm personally not going to be on a contract. Either i'll be added to a contract or i'll have a special non contract deal. It's a win win for me.

Well.. like I said, good luck to you!! You got a good deal if you aren't locked in and are able to walk away.

I personally live in Troy, MI and have a friend with verizon who lives in Fowlerville. She can't even get signal out there lol.

So every network has it's quirks... let us know how that LTE Charge is though.

Who knows ...it's all speculation at this point. I mean the phones can only get better in my opinion. As costs of LTE chips, displays come down....eventually Metro will get a decent phone at a decent price for us.
