Help Imprting ripped CD music from Media Go to my phone

This is probably a stupid question but I'm a bit baffled. I have ripped a CD to Music on Media Go and I have my phone connected, but I don't know how to transfer the music from Media Go to my phone. Could someone assist me please

Hi,

To transfer content from your library to your phone within Media Go:

- Drag selected files from your library and drop them onto your phone.
- Right-click files and choose Add to from the shortcut menu.
- Select files and press Ctrl+T.
- Select files, choose your Xperia X8 in the transfer destination drop-down menu at the bottom of the library pane, and press the Add to button.
