So, got a 32gb microsd and installed it. Then I used MediaMonkey to sync music to it in the "music" folder. In Astro, everything is as it should be. However, when I open the Music app, or via Mixzing app, it only shows part of the music.

Additionally, if I look in Astro under the mnt/sdcard/music directory, the music it shows there accurately reflects what I see in the Music app. This makes me think that it's simply not mounting all of the music in the sdcard/music folder to the mnt folder.

Why not? A missing file will play fine when I try to open it via Astro.

Let me make sure I understand you correctly because you kind of contradict yourself in your post...:

1) When you look in astro under /mnt/sdcard/music all your music you want to see is there?

2) When you open the 'Music" app on your phone you DO see all of the music you want?

3) When you open the Mixzing app on the phone, you DON'T see all the music you want?

4) Is all of the music the same file type? mp3, mp4, wma etc?
