Trade iPhone 4 for Inspire?

Have a chance to trade my iPhone for the inspire. I have already had both the inspire and the Atrix and definitely prefered the inspire. I have an iPad 2 so will not be losing much by moving away from the iPhone, what do you guys think, trade or not?

I honestly think you should do what is gonna work for you personally, we're all different and you're asking this on an Android forum so naturally we're gonna lean twords Android phones.

It is not a fair trade, price wise. Unless the iPhone is more than a few months old. But yeah, for me, the inspire is a great phone. Does all that I want it too, beautifully, and all my friends are jealous.

I've not regretted my move from the iphone to the inspire. I am just about 1 month into the switch. I too have the iPad 2 so that might have made my switch more palatable as well. I am pleased with more flexibility from the Inspire especially dealing with incoming calls. I am just as disgusted with the restrictions ATT has on the Inspire though... If they are updating, it sure is taking an unreasonable amount of time.

Sell the iPhone 4 and buy the Inspire on ebay. You'll probably come out around $200 ahead if you have a 32GB. I wouldn't trade it straight up.

I wanted to give the Atrix a shot but didn't really like it. I didn't have the iPad at the time so I went back to what I knew with the iPhone.

Well, everyone is different. If the iPhone is what works best for you, then by all means, stay with what you've got.

Ended up getting a better swap than what I had lined out. A guy had bought a new Inspire and sent the pic to his wife and she replied that she wanted an Iphone. He had a business premier account so he did not want to return the phone. He posted an ad on Craigslist and I met him before he left ATT and traded my 3 month old iPhone for a brand new Inspire. I'm really glad I did because I kicked myself for leaving the Inspire for the Atrix (which is what sent me running back to the iPhone) in the first place.

Cool that you got a deal. I found my Inspire on Craigslist but still have my iPhone 4 but no iPad. There are without a doubt things that the iPhone and Apple does do better though.

The Inspire is a great phone but a 3 month old iPhone 4 is still valued higher because of the demand. You could have probably came out ahead going through ebay but as long you're happy, that's all that really matters
