Backbreaker on Huawei Ascend

Now i haven't seen one post about this, not even one lol, maybe its just cause i like football or something. Anyways back to the topic, on my brothers phone (T-mobile MyTouch3G) he downloaded this game off of the market, well he downloaded the apk on his phone and played it and it worked great, i tried it my self and i loved that game, but when i try to download the same file onto my phone and install it and open it, it just sends me back to the app drawer.I'm not sure if my phone is capable with that game or something but is there some other member out there thats reading this please test it out for yourself, so i can know if it's my phone or not. Thanks if you tried it

yes the game is called "backbreaker football"

I don't have an Ascend, but it seems to be a low end Android phone from the specs. This review of that game notes that the game won't run on older Android phones. Backbreaker Football Android Game Review by AndroidTapp.com | Android Tapp. Android App Reviews

Perhaps your Android OS version isn't high enough or your phone can't support the graphics of the game, or something like that. It's also possible that the game won't run at the resolution of your phone's display.

im sure its the phone incompatibility and lack of hardware requirement, one thing to test did you see it in market with stock rom, cause now that if you on cm7 2.3 your phone will show apps thats meant for 2.3, but since the ascend wasnt meant to have 2.3 on it dont expect it to run great or even boot, i know that sucks but true facts...

When I had a mytouch 3G it played at a snail's pace and I believe the Ascend is similarly spec'd (if not lower). It won't run smoothly on your device but you might be able to find a workaround or patch that would at least make it playable. Check out the guys over at xda, they've been known to work miracles.

Also It's best to keep this in the Ascend forum where it can receive the proper attention.

im about to test it, but might not work cause of gpu/cpu, might be same results as the game stupid zombies. keep fingers cross. another thing i might have to try is edit the build.prop to trick the app that it is a different phone, like everyone did with the netflix app.

yea i searched the site, i'm not seeing any kind of patch

same results...black screen for about 15 sec than back to home screen...now i have to test with different build.prop.

same results with edited build.prop, so this phone cannot run this game...
