Help Evo tips for best use

Backed up apps.. Backed up contacts..factory reset..Restored my apps and contacts..Downloaded network by that philipp dude from the market.Changed from cdma auto to gsm auto then back to cdma auto. Then updated prl and profile.. ran ping test.. signal strength is -98 dBm 0asu.. is this where I should be?..any further info or criticism would be appreciated.. don't hold back...and I use file expert as app manager and backup.. Not rooted, running 2.2.. I'm outta fort drum, ny..no 4g available and do not have access to WiFi..so 3g is my go too..Thank you..

I am not sure what you are asking here but if you just got your Evo and you wanted tips on how to make it run great then you are at a good start. Head over to the Tips and Tricks section for some more great suggestions.

Update your data profile, this substantially upped my speed. If that does not work walk into a sprint store and tell them "This don't work, FIX IT"

Was I right by going gsm auto to cdma auto...there also cdma only..
