Root Trouble with z4

Yes, i have. It has worked perfectly for temp root until a few days ago. The only changes i have noticed were a market update.

Some people have said that sometimes it only works right after a reboot or the dreaded factory reset.

At this point you are probably out of your warranty and might be worth it for you to permanent root.

I would just suggest using unrevoked. I was in the same situation as you. I loved the z4 temporary root, especially because it was very easy to unroot if I needed to. But after z4 started to become unreliable, and actually deleted all of my pictures (I don't know why it did that. I was just doing a temp root like I had done a thousand times before and it shut off in the middle, and when I rebooted, all of my pictures were gone), I decided it was time to do it the right way. And I don't regret it. Unrevoked is quick and amazing, and it's easy to unroot if you need to.

Can you keep the stock ROM, and run it? I only use root for a few apps, and like the stock.
