Whats up guys? Conducted a speed test during mt lunch break and I just pulled an 8.24Mbps down, and a 2.14 up. As far as I know, these are the best speeds I've seen on these forums thus far. Anyone pulling off similar numbers?

Man, those are good speeds. I want to get the Infuse 4G, but AT&T just announce that their LTE speeds will be available in the summer (3 more weeks) in Dallas and other 4 cities. Well I live in Dallas (go MAVS) and I wonder what devices AT&T has or will have that will support their LTE. Samsung Galaxy II anyone?...

I haven't seen anything announced from att about actually releasing a LTE phone. I would probably assume lte phones are probably a year out. They will need to add many more cities first. If they are like sprint and Verizon then they will initially just launch internet cards first.

The buying vs waiting game can be tough. Just be prepared to wait for awhile. And by the time att were to get a galaxy's s2 with lte the galaxy's s3 will be right around the corner. Then that will give you more reason to wait.

The other factors in having lte speed is the 2g data cap. You will blow through your cap in 15 minutes.
