Now how many of you reading this have ever put screen protectors on your phones?. how many times have you applied and re-applied them so as to get a good fit, then spent ages trying to get rid of the air bubbles?.

so how the hell are we supposed to fit a screen protector to a screen with raised edges??????????????????????????????????????????

it's got a gorilla glass screen - why would you put on a screen protector?

if you use your phone in conditions that harsh, you might wanna get a properly reinforced phone

Don't think your "supposed" to. Unless it is slightly smaller (so it only fits the screen, and not the edges) but that'll feel and look pretty ugly.

But if you drop it, it'll hit the ground and and any one time, the actual screen/display/panel will be lifted off the ground and so no scratches will occur.

Of course, if you drop it on gravel or something that isn't flat, then it might be slightly problematic!

I always fit anti glare screen protectors to all my phones, makes the screen easier to see outside, plus stops finger smudges,
actually protecting the screen is a secondry concern,

i wasnt looking to create a point of contention here, just making a comedic observation on the difficulties of fitting protectors to screens....
