Its in my phone storage more than likely my sd card is in but it often says it isnt PLEASE HELP
Hi
I am assuming that you installed the mp3's yourself by transferring them through your computer. If this is correct, you can reverse the process to remove them
1.) Connect the phone to your computer via the USB cord.
2.) When connected, select the "Turn on the USB Storage" button when the USB Connected screen appears on your phone.
3.) Select "OK" on the next phone screen, which reminds you that you can't use some of the functions of the phone when it is connected to the computer.
4.) Your computer should show the phone's sd card appearing as a drive, probably with the name "removable disk. Open it on the computer.
5.) On the computer, locate the mp3 files you want to delete in the sd card folder and delete them in the normal manner by using the delete key or by dragging them to the trash. If you can not locate the mp3 files, use your computer's search function but be sure to only look in the sd card. You can transfer new mp3 files by copying them from the original folder on the computer and pasting them onto the sd card.
6.) When you have finished, select the "Turn off USB storage" on the phone screen. A screen titled USB connected will appear on the phone screen. You can now unplug the USB plug from your phone.
I hope this helps
