I've ordered small thinks (like USB memory stick, etc.) from HK via ebay, but never bought anything bigger.

I agree with the poster above. I bought mine from that site a few weeks ago and received the phone after only 5 days, including the weekend. I also ordered a spare battery from them too and they gave me a free screen protector on top of that. The plug isnt as good as if you buy one in the UK but it works so i cant complain. Also, i can use the charger from my Desire anyway if i need to.

The only concerning thing for me was that, as the handset is from Asia, the main languages are set to that part of the world. I had to fumble my way through the settings menus in Chinese when i got the phone to change the language on it. There are a few different English language settings, but only for Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong etc, none for UK or US English. I set it to HK English and it has been fine. I would really not worry about using this site as they respond to emails quickly and are definitely worth using due to the price difference.

There are reviews online of this company if you do a search and they are generally all extremely positive. I'd use them again.

i have bought two items from Panamoz,a htc flyer,and a htc sensation.both arrived quickly,and in perfect condition,included,were some free xtras! seems to be a genuine good company..am a happy Hong Kong shopper.
