I had a droid 2 global on a line going that was having problems, still under warranty.
I had an upgrade on that line, and got a samsung charge.
I called vzw to tell them my d2g was bad and pls send another one.
They had trouble figuring out that the charge was now on the line, but went thru the d2g steps and agreed it was bad and would send me another one.
Today I got the phone, and it is a new charge.
I would be very happy to send back my d2g that isn't working and keep the charge instead, go return the charge I purchased, and keep the upgrade for another time.
Can I do this, or is vzw expecting a charge to come back? Should I be calling them and sending back the charge the sent me and asking for another d2g?
