I think theres something you can download from the market that allows you to download apps that are not available in your region... not sure what it is, but Im sure someone on here will!

The amazon app store actually works perfectly here in England. However, you need an amazon.com account with card details and an address etc.

I think plants vs. zombies will be coming to the normal market a few weeks after release so it's not that far off. (Although it won't be free like it was on the amazon market as far as I'm aware).

No but I mean even for the free app of the day, a US credit card is still required, not a US IP or any info from the phone. Even if you're not paying for stuff, that and the address seem to be how they authenticate you're from the US, meaning a solution like market enabler likely wouldn't work.
