Music Apps

I had to reflash back to Stock Rooted GB and when I try to find a Music Downloading App.....they have seem to disappear off the face of the Market???? Has anyone else noticed this??? And is there a way to get these apps again?

I don't download music just to my phone. But I use winamp for my mp3's to sync with what is on my computers at home.

Why should artists get paid? They don't actually make anything, right? I mean, me downloading it for free doesn't actually take anything from anyone else...
