In the Gameloft Appstore it shows a deal where you "Save 30% off every game +14 Day No-Cost Trial."

When you tap on that it then says at the top:
"Gameloft Club Download 2 games per month for 6.99$USD only! 14 Day No-Cost Trial"

Farther down it then says
"Join NOW and get 2 games for $0!
-Get 1 free game as a welcome gift!
-Great value: Get 2 games for only 6.99$ USD per month. You will save 50% off every game.
-The games are yours to keep, even after you cancel your subscription.
-Choose from 37 games with new games every month!
-unsubscribe an time through the Gameloft Club section"

After joining there also seems to be some sort of "credit" system that I noticed. It says "with every purcahse get 2 credits." Then it lets you download other games for 1 credit each or something...not sure exactly how this works and if they charge you or not for those games with credits.

The question I have with the 14 day no cost trial is if it really is no cost (get two games, live out the 14 day trial period and then cancel it; will they charge you the $6.99 monthly fee since you got the games or will it really be "no cost."). Either way, it's definately a pretty good deal.

ya i just saw that too. I wounder if their advertisement mean i can join now, get 3 free game and cancel before the 14 day us up. Tempting

I want to pick up Spider man, Hawx, and Shadow Guardian, if that is the case. All their other game for evo, i already have, or is not interested in them.

Edit:
Ok here is more information, i just join, the advertisement is misleading, you get 2 free game in the 14 day trail period for $0.00, so it is 2 free game for free. (Not 1 or 3). so far I got HAWX and Spiderman.

Not a bad deal. Now i am going to cancel later on today to see if there are any issues. Since i don't have any more game that i really want to get.

Edit 2:
Just cancelled, after downloading my 2 game, there hasn't been any issue with the cancellation so far, 2 click and my subscription was cancelled. No charges has shown up yet on my Sprint phone bill. So far seem like it has been pretty smooth process.

I'm interested - where's the appstore? TIA!

With your phone's browser, go to the Gameloft site. At the bottom of the mobile site the far left icon says "Download Bookmark App." You'll either get a text to download it or it will download by itself. This is easy access to the Gameloft "app store."

This sounds really cool but I can't seem to find this offering on the web or mobile store. Any chance you can provide a link? Thanks!

The mobile version of the store has this deal at the very top below the Gameloft logo in the category "Best Deal." If you still cannot see the deal, it may be an exclusive thing with Sprint (because it does have the Sprint logo at the top right next to the Gameloft logo for me).

Hmm, I'm very interested, I like how Gameloft's stuff looks, but, I mean, do they just figure this'll be a good way to make people come back to them, or, are they going to just be technically giving away a LOT of free games, not that I mind, cause I wouldn't mind trying that Modern Combat.

They have deals all the time (even more for iPhone/iPad users), which is probably one thing that helps them sell so much. Their Gameloft LIVE app says that they have 3.6 million users. There are some people that probably don't even use that as well. Take into account the average game they sell is $4.99, they have the potential to make almost $18 million off of one game.

Obviously not everyone is paying full price for every game (BOGO deals, the current deal they have going on, piracy and so forth) but that $18 million estimate was just for one game...they have well over 100 games for apple users, and are at about 40 games on Android now; they may not be getting alot of money in the short run from deals like this, but it keeps people coming back, especially with the quality titles they have to offer.

All - I'm with VerizonWireless - and can not find it. Has anyone not on SPRINT been able to access this?

Maybe it is a Sprint only deal for now. Sprint has always had great deal with Gameloft. They had BOGO deal with Gameloft game since i got my Evo last year, and since then i have brought 6 game from them (3 paid + 3 BOGO), recently about 2 month ago, there was also a $0.99 sale on selective game from Sprint Gameloft portal. So I won't be surprise if this deal is also a Sprint exclusive.

open your browser and go to Mobile Games - Top iPhone Games, Android Games, Java Games for Cell Phones | Gameloft

also if you are using multiple browsers on your phone try the stock one just to make sure...

I just opened it on my co-workers Droid 2 and it came up no problem...hes on verizon obviously

Also make sure your phone is set to display the mobile version of the web. Depend on the phone, some phone call it mobile view (have to have it enabled), others like CM7 require you to go into setting and change the browser agent back to the Android (which is the default value).

Edit:
Woot!!! the 100th post :)
