Help vpn issue

hi
when I'm try to connect pptp vpn,when check "enable encryption",vpn connect but don't open any site in browser,
and when uncheck "enable encryption",vpn don't connect and show this error:

server hung up. The username or password you entered could be incorrect. Do you want to try again?

solution?

I merge your post bumps for ya, and I'm going to take a shot at your problem.

As I understand it, you are trying to connect your desire to WiFi. I'm going to take a shot a this for you.

I think you are trying to connect with protocol that is not recognizable to either your wifi or your phone. Try wpa or wpa2. I hope this helps. If not let me know and I'll try to find someone more techie than me to help you.

Ok, couple things. What are you trying to connect via VPN (fyi: virtual private network, used primarily to remote control a client/workstation). If you trying to do it with your phone then i believe there are lots of hurdles in your way as the android browser isn't really the best to do this with
