I took it out. Both are the same basically, PM just has all Metro crap removed and custom bootanimation and sound.

I have tried to use gingerbreak 1.2 but titanium backup would not let me remove the apps either it said missing apk but the apps are running and there... Please help thank you.

No free version of root explorer... Try finding a version on 4shared.com
So far, root explorer is the only app that works.

Ok so after tthe 2.2 update from metro pcs I downloaded gingerbreak 1.2 and rooted my phone because z4 root did not work anymore. I installed titanium back up to remove the dumb metro apps. It keeps telling me apk file not found but they are there and running How can I do this? Any videos yet to help?

bootanimations has been down over a month now, you will have to install animations the old way using root explorer.
