Root Safe to delete . Zip file?

I like to the idea of saving and creating a folder or directory.
However I currently have a .zip file that I can see using Astro. But I have no way of knowing what exactly it is.
It is labeled Update but no further info. I know its the non-rooted GB but how would I distinguish one from another without re-naming it?

If you have an idea that you got it from a particular site and they have published the MD5 sum, you could use an app like AFV (ahem, cough, shameless plug :D) or some other like Astro File Manager to calculate the MD5 sum and compare it.

That should give you enough information to know that you've got the same file. By the way, my app has a mode where you can enter/paste an MD5 sum and then select a file you want to calculate and compare it to, and the app will tell you if the MD5s are the same.

Cheers!
