Help stupid keyboard question

i was playing around with the message settings and i ended up changing keyboard from android to samsung keyboard and i cant get it back to android it says in the manual press abc key to change input menu but android isnt on the list just says qwerty 12 keypad and 20 keypad what am i doing wrong
