Help Apps Placed on Internal Memory

I noticed a few apps would not automatically load in the notification bar of my phone after moving them to the SD card. So I moved those apps back to my phone and restarted the phone. Problem solved. I remember those apps on my EVO 4G wouldn't let you move them to the SD card I believe. I don't know.

Yeah, the app2sd process is still a little shaky, but works well for most apps. Fast boot being checked may also contribute to them not loading, when on the sd card.

Any apps with Widgets or active notifications don't like being installed to the SD card

I use superbox to move my apps to SD, I haven't ran into issues with them not loading yet.

I was talking about loading in the notification bar.

With 1.1 GB of memory for Apps, I moved everything to the phone. We're not hurting for space

This probably sounds like a stupid question but are certain app icons always up on the notifications bar (ie. Lookout, Easy Tether, HTC Media Share)? I'm completely new to Android and just don't know if they are supposed to be there or not.

yes they are app specific.. not every app will show up in the notifications bar..

Depending on the app, you can disable the notification bar icon. Look in the app settings.

Speaking of moving to SD, has anyone else noticed that you can move almost every downloaded app to the sd card unlike the Evo 4g. Even apps that arent listed in the apps2sd app. I even moved Swiftkey X and Ultra Keyboard and everything works fine. Kind of reminds me of my WP7 Arrive where the memory card is used just like internal storage but its removable. Cool!
