Help E3D not sleeping

Although I think this is one of the best android phones on the market now, i have noticed my E3D does not sleep. Is this a problem or am I just being paranoid

is anything else happening? do you have all the updates that were sent OTA installed on the device? do you have the sync icon staying on the notification bar constantly? did you sign up to the htc watch app?

I found that once I had mine fully charged for the first time, i.e. after purchasing, it began to perform the sleep function as normal. Prior to a full charge it did not sleep.

no, just not sleeping. yes i have all the updates. the sync icon pops up every now and then. yes i did sign up for the watch app.

Did you install apps? If so which?... I've found that usually, it a bad app that hangs, improper coding. If you did install apps, try uninstalling them and reinstall a few at a time to see if and what might be hanging on and keeping the handset from sleeping. Yes a longer process, but one that will identify your problem as it is not handset specific, my phone sleeps just fine and there hasn't been much mentioning of it by others, so...

What is vtok? I have noticed mine doesn't sleep either.

I will add that my wife plays this game called Virtual Families and you have to force stop it for her phone to sleep. Will send an email to the developers to take a look at it.
