Where do we really go when we die?

... If I'm right(I know I'm right) think what you could be missing out on. AndyOpie150

Members of every other religion in the world know that they're right too. To them you've decided to follow the wrong god or at least worship him with the wrong methods, etc... Cover your bases and be like Benny from The Mummy and make sure to follow every religion you can think of. Because just think of what you could be missing out on if yahweh is not the right god and Odin, Ra, Seth, or one of the other thousands you reject is the right one...

I still gotta know how you made just the words you wanted, Big Bold type(I hate being a "Nuub" sometimes)not to be getting off topic.
Back on topic: I have been convinced that I'm worshiping the one true God by the prayers that he continually keeps answering. From the small to the large,as long as they are in harmony with his will(therein lies the key:your prayers have to be in harmony with his will)1John5:14,Eph.5:17,Col.1:9-10,2Peter1:21. I know you couldn't begin to understand, unless you are having the same thing happen for you. Every day almost, from the small to the large(the answers may not be what I wanted sometimes, but they were always just what I needed). If you could only have seen the mess I was 2 years ago before I picked up his word and actually prayed for help and understanding to do his will(I think I still got a picture of me back then on a disc somewhere). My life wasn't headed for the toilet(I was already there),It was fixing to be flushed.

I know you couldn't begin to understand, unless you are having the same thing happen for you.

Sounds kind of like my life. My wife jokingly says I'm lucky. I know that I simply stack the deck in my favor by my actions, attitude, and by keeping my hopes and wants reasonable. Through preparation, perseverance, and an attitude that makes people like me and want to help me, I've never had more than minor temporary setbacks in my plans for my life. No prayer required.

I've seen firsthand that many people can't achieve the positive attitude needed to pull that off without the feeling that somebody else more powerful than them is helping. So they pray, feel more confident, and make it happen. If that's working for you too, congratulations. Some athletes wear rancid socks because they're "lucky" too. As long as they keep winning, there's nothing you can do to convince them that it's their skill, not their unwashed socks that is the cause of their success...

In any case, if it makes you happy, enjoy. As long as you don't preach to me that I'm going to hell unless I join you or try to restrict the freedoms of others that don't fit your religion's mold of "acceptable" we can get along just fine. :D

When I was a kid I started praying every night. All my grand parents died within two years.
No one answering mate.

We're all imperfect,(Romans5:12)and die. But that is why God has given us the resurrection through his son Christ Jesus.(Isaiah26:19,Luke14:14,John5:26-29,John11:21-26,Acts24:15,Romans6:23,
1Cor.1:8-9,Rev.Chapter 20)

I dont see how resurrection is possible. It requires the chemical reactions in your brain (which stop when you die) to be moved to another place in the universe.

Anyway.. it was you who got yourself out of that bad place you were in, and no one else. Perhaps thinking there was someone guiding you helped, but.. it was yourself who did it.

I'll never tell you your going someplace that is cruel and unjust, and did not even come into God's heart to do(Jeremiah7:30,31).And I will always try to be peaceable with all people(Romans12:17-21)

To bold text you put the words you want bolded inside [ B ] here [ / B ] but without the spaces. If you're posting from the website you can also just highlight the text you want bold and click the bold "b" above the reply field to get those put around the words. (not the quick reply field at the bottom of this page)
Thanks, I'm a little new to computers and Android phones, and appreciate all the help.

You know I love it when people quotes different sections of a book to prove they are right.

If god gives us the right to choose good or bad. Then why will he judge us at the end? Is he not breaking his own rule? Why judge us when you say we are free to do as we feel?

REally adam had zero wifes. No one married them. Adam had 2 women. First one was Lilith and was made the same as adam by god. God cast her out because she wouldnt let adam be dominant over her. So god made eve from the rib of adam so she would have to obey him as she wouldnt be his equal.

A&O again how can one bible be wrong in the translations as you said it the bible is the word of god and the book is never wrong.

I go more for the scientific approach on life after death. I don't buy into the biological theory of we just cease though. It is true, matter can neither but created nor destroyed but can be transformed (with the exclusion of anti-matter). So our matter will eventually become part of other living things or inanimate objects. This is just what happens with our physical body though.
It is also true that energy cannot be created or destroyed but can be transformed. Our bodies do produce electric current and magnetic fields measurable with a Superconducting Quantum Interference Device (SQUID). This begs the question of what happens to that energy. Does it just dissipate into its surroundings or does it stay cohesive and enter an ethereal existence?

When God created mankind he was made perfect. His purpose for mankind was:"to be fruitful and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it;and have dominion over the fish of the sea,and over the fowl of the air,and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth...When Adam sinned(was deliberately disobedient to God) he became imperfect by virtue of his sin.God hates sin and had to turn his face from him(Adam lost God's protection, the very thing keeping his body from dying)in a sense Adam"s close personal relationship with God died that day.Adam's body then started the long process of deterioration(his perfectly made body took nine hundred and thirty years to deteriorate to the point of expiring)and ultimately death.God's purpose for mankind was not fulfilled when Adam sinned.God is Love(1John 4th chapter),so what did our loving heavenly father do to correct this deliberate sin against him,and save us from sin and thus death which we inherit from Adam(you can't have something perfect from something imperfect). My "Holy Bible" (King James Version)spells it out very plainly,in John 3:16,For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son,that whosoever believeth in him should not perish(did you notice it doesn't say burn forever),but have everlasting life(Jesus referred to it as the real life,so death was not the real expectation of God's purpose for us).So if we decide to submit ourselves to God(not be disobedient like Adam and Eve and Satan),who's purpose is for us to live forever in a perfectly made body(no more sickness,no more pain and suffering, and no more death)and have faith in Jesus sacrifice(Basically to love God with our whole heart, and whole soul, and whole mind), then we would be in line for the free gift of everlasting life though his Son Jesus Christ. You can choose to be disobedient and perish,or submit yourself to God(who just want's us to be perfect and not suffer the affects of sin). So do you want to go back to the dust as Adam and Eve did or Live Forever in Paradise(Jesus told the man that was on his right side at his crucifixion he would be with him in Paradise). Your choice will be based on your Love for God(this is what will be Judged at the end of Satan's attempt to rule over us,hence our clear hope in Revelation 21:3,4).

Adam and Eve where not married(joined together) by earthling man,but by God himself(Matthew 19:4-6)

I thought you said god was a caring forgiving god? THat doesnt sound caring or forgiving. So when my son breaks one of my rules I am suppose to cast him out and turn my back on him? You can say Adam and Eve Was gods childern. Man what a bad parent he was. You look at the bible and its filled with violence and what one good thing has god done? He placed jesus on the planet to be killed.Show me one kind act that god has done and I can show you many more of his wrath.

Again if I give you a choice of A or B and you chose the one I didnt want you to. I cant punish you as I have given you the choice and its now out of my hands. So even God cant judge man. Because he gives man the right to choose their own path.

Funny thing I see with all religious people is they are such a believer in god and how all powerful he is. At the same time they fear satan. Now if god is all powerful and you devote your soul to him. Why would you be afraid of satan?

Again,God gave us free will to choose. If I choose the Holy Bible as the truth of God(John 17:17)over any other book, that's my choice to make. You are free to choose as you will.
No you do not have the free will to choose. If you chose wrong then he punishes you. How is that free will to choose? To have free will to choose there is no consequences in the end result. Your god is playing dirty pool.
