Mike, I'm glad to see someone has uploaded them as it does seem to be an issue for some ppl despite the numerous threads that have the "safelist".

I've never done it myself but as we all know sh*t happens and one wrong keypress can screw you. I love the fact that these forums are so user friendly and helpful. This being my first Android device, I know that I for one am glad to have found such an informative, friendly group.

question! is this for 2.2 or 2.2.1? not saying i really need it but glad someone has posted something like this.

i have both a 2.2 rom and a 2.2.1 rom, and my calendar apk corrupted. so i used the ones from 2.2 (im on stock 2.2.1) and it would never show up. thats when i got the idea to replace it with ones from the 2.2.1 rom, and BOOM! the calendar showed up! im not sure if its a kernel issue but it was cause the rom version i had gotten it from.

Thanks for this. I cannot get my calendar back though. It will say installing but after a few seconds, i get the not installed error message.
System Apps can't be "installed". They have to be pushed onto the phone using ADB/Terminal. Unfortunately I don't know the proper commands to give you. Hopefully someone can come along and tell you.

This would explain why time and time again after trying repeatedly to put Magic Smoke Wallpapers back on my phone (you know, one of the cool live wallpaper sets that come stock on at least every froyo phone it seems?), why it always fails to install, and why putting the apk there won't do anything. Surely a little bit of research would tell us how to install apps using adb.

ADB is available here http://dl.google.com/android/android-sdk_r11-windows.zip
Extract it to your C; and it should look like this when your done.
C:\android-sdk-windows
Then copy a short cut onto your desktop to sdkmanager.exe
Run it and you'll be prompted with a bunch of download choices, you only need to download two.
Android SDK Tools and Android SDK Platform tools
Now you'll be able to push any .apk onto your phone using ADB.

Need help not sure if im in right place i removed wrong bloatware i know i know f***ing idiot i can still pull down task bar but rest of screen is blank can some one please give me step by step on how to restore and fix this problem please!!!!!!!
You didn't use the safe delete list and sounds like you deleted LGHome.apk. If you didn't make redundant backups as instructed, you'll have to use ADB or the thread that has a trick for reinstalling it.

Hey bro, can you upload the default multi-login Email application found on the phone please? Not the Gmail one because i have that and you have it uploaded, but the other one.
If you can, i would really appreciate it :)
Thanks

I've gotten as far as getting superuser permission, but when I type in 'remount rw' I get an error that says 'remount: not found'. Am I supposed to have busybox for this to work?

I found a pretty great guide in .pdf form if you don't know where to start.
