hi i am not able to use internet through my phone. i have repeatedly saved the network configurations but i still can't!! please help

Need more details .
A.)Do you have the APN settings .?
B.)Is the phone in normal mode and not in airplane mode ?
C.)Are you in coverage.?
D.)Is the GPRS setting enabled ?
E.)Are you in roaming,have you enabled Data transfer in roaming option.?
F.)Did you try to toggle to 2G network ?

i don't know what apn settings mean.yes, the phone is in normal mode and i do have coverage. yes, i tried using the 2g network but it's still the same unable to connect. how to enable the gprs setting?

Usually phone has inbuilt apn list for all networks .It is what you call GPRS settings or network settings. However you can contact your service provider to enable/install the settings.
Now if the GPRS is enabled you get a box in the status bar next network with E for EDGE and 3G for 3G and H for HSDPA

Replace it with another launcher like zeam,ADW,crazy home,Go launcher ex,Launcher Pro .

In stock stock stock folder
you have stock launcher as touchwiz30Launcher.apk
push it in /system/app

Just clear the Level 1 and level 2 cache in Task manager !!
or install another launcher like Golauncher ex ,launcher pro ,ADW , Panda home ,open home ....
