Charge not playing videos

After a few hours of my charge being on, the videos on my phone will not play along with a ringtone if i receive a text or email. has anyone else experienced this?

Was just about to suggest uninstalling twitter if you have the official app on it. Not sure why, but this interferes with the charge's media.

yeah, i sure did have the official twitter app..come to think of it, i dont think i encountered that problem when using plume and twidroyd...will see how it goes from here...appreciate it!

was having the same problem.... thanks....make sure u restart ur phone after deleting the twitter app

does that twitter app thing work.. im pissed if it does i sold my charge because of that problem not thinking it was the twitter app smh say it aint so lol

Could this be related to an inability to play videos from the Gallery app?

it definitely does work. once i uninstalled and restarted, i havent had any problems since!

Yup, twitter was the cause. Now, the question is WHY WONT VERIZON OR SAMSUNG ACKNOWLEDGE THIS???
They are hurting their own sales by people needlessly returning phones.

i agree because i was ready to give up on the phone ..i have another one on the way
