So I got this tabby and wondering is there any word on Netflix or hulu app? Or do I needs a rooting and if so link the .apk if possible

I got the Netflix application to install on mine but it does not play video. It browses through fine and acts like it will play then gives an error 12001.

The only app to stream movies I have gotten to work so far is the Sling application from Dish network. I can watch TV through it or things I have recorded on my DVR.

I knew these apps didn't exist when I got this tab, so this will do until these apps are available.

I tried this yesterday. I couldn't get it to connect to my pc from my Tab even though it would see the computer, said "connection failed"....refund. Any tips and I'll buy it again.

Well, I was able to get Splashtop HD going within a couple of minutes, but my network isn't very complicated. Do you have more than 1 computer? You may just want to give it another try.

I have a amazon prime account. Why do I get told to install flash when try to play amazon videos? Flash was th eentire reason I bought this tab?

I believe that the SGT 10.1 does not ship with Flash installed, so you'll need to get that in the app store (it's free). I did that yesterday on my new Tab and it worked perfectly with Amazon Prime instant streaming.

Yes, download Flash 10.3 from the market and don't forget to enable the plugins in your browser. Amazon Prime works great.
