Help Pixel Issues

I know there have been threads addressing this issue for other phones...but I was unable to find one that applied to an amoled screen. I bought the phone about a month ago and have been very happy with it. Last week, however, I discovered two red stuck pixels on the screen of my device. I know they were not there when I got the phone because I examined the screen for that very issue. After contacting Verizon I was able to get a replacement phone sent to me, but that device also has the same issue so I had to go through the same motions again to have yet another device shipped to me. Has anyone else had the same issue? And if so...is there any way to possibly try to unfreeze the pixels? I have read that jscreenfix and similar apps do not work on amoled screens. I even went to the extent of putting the screen under a microscope while I had some spare time at work and noticed that they all seemed to have the same problem...the green and blue subpixels were off while only the red one worked. I am just hoping the replacement I receive tomorrow doesn't have the same issue again. Any suggestions?
