Help Pictures sent via Text aren't showing up in the history

I sent some pics in my gallery via text and in my text history with the person, there is no message showing the picture but the recipient did receive the picture text.

Has this happened to anyone?

I had sent pics before via text and they would show up in the my history, but this time it didn't.

Nothing in drafts.

The actual text did send successfully. It's just not showing up in my history. The recipient received the picture text. But when I look at my text history with the person, there's no message of me sending the pic.

are u using stock messaging or a 3rd party app? also if you were in a bad signal area or roaming it may show before or after text string depending on your timezone

I am using the stock messaging program.

Could just be a hiccup of some sort, bad signal like you said. I tried it again with different photos and also a couple other people and this time it's showing up. <shrug>

sometimes MMS messages get in a queue. ive had people send me short vids thru MMS and although i see it in the inbox.. it was still waiting to be downloaded from the sprint cellular network.. perhaps this happened to you.. they just needed to sync up.. chalk it up to the network and not the handset...
