Cant stand watching TV with long story arcs when it's new...... they need to release all the episodes together!

It didn't, 2006 in UK and 2007 for BBC America and other channels.

I can't either -- I honestly thought it would be terribad too. But it has been surprisingly good so far.

@XplosiV I think he means just this season which aired in the US first and actually the plot is in the US...... so strange.

But I want to see more, the waiting is killing me. I love the little welsh lady. So cute heh.

Yup, I only meant series 4 which aired about a week earlier in America than the UK.

I mean, I haven't gotten round to watching any of it yet so it doesn't really make any difference. But I'm still outraged!

I haven't watched it yet. Mostly out of fear that it's lost all of its gloriously glorious campiness. I have a buddy that swears it's far and away the best season. That kind of worries me.

I have to ask the folks that have watched, have they had pizza yet? I don't know if it was planned but I always laughed because it seemed pizza was the only Torchwood constant.

BBC backed Torchwood is gone, but I did enjoy the snide comments made during the first episode about having to pay a toll to enter Wales. Classic, but only those of us that have had to cross into Wales and drive through 20 miles of construction after the toll will appreciate it!

Anyway, this is def not the Torchwood of old. Def no Dr Who feel to it either. More like a cross between 24, NCIS and House.

I like the story line so far, but miss the Cardiff backdrop and Welsh/English feel that made Torchwood what it was. All I can say is, America don't **** this up!

I like Dr Who more also, but I think miss David Tennet. The new kid is good though. And Amy pond is well *drool*

But I liked how ridiculously over-dramatic Tennet was sometimes and Donna was hilarious.

Torchwood is what they call a post-watershed show across the pond. They have sex and nudity. If you problem is with the gay sex....then I have nothing to say.

Also, is it just me or is the story arc waaaaaay too slow this go around? I can understand an over-arching story, but with Doctor Who at least they have little stories in each episode.

It seems like with Tochwood this season there is only one story and they are trying to stretch it over 11 episodes....

But I am still hooked on watching it like a crack addict needing a fix.


Anywho, Docotor Who comes back this month doesnt it?
