Root Market .apk wont install

Hey yall. Im running Apex Revolution and I try to install the market update and it wont install?
It gives me the "this is a system application, do you want to replace it" and I say yes. Then click the accept button and it starts installing but then says "this app cannot be installed".

I have tried multiple files downloaded from different sites.
Is it an apex thing? I tried it on the BWC theme and it didnt work then either
