Nexus One at Walmart?

Expandable microSD (up to 32MB) OOPS! lol

I'm assuming we'll be getting hands on for most, soon as they start carrying this. Also I saw a commercial the other day boasting Wal-Mart starting to carry Verizon, Sprint, Att and T-mobile phones in most of there stores. Didn't catch a date though...

So is it true that within the first 30 days of purchase I can still send mine back to Google? I paid full price. I want to send mine back and buy it from Walmart. I KNOW it's going to be cheaper.

the nexus in not being sold at walmart. the site is from lets talk inc. they use the walmart name as a partner company. in other word...they pay walmart to use their name. the phone in no way is bought through walmart and odds are it will be more expensive then cheaper. don't say you KNOW it's going to be cheaper when truth is you (and I) have no idea. but again just remember, THIS IS NOT WALMART SELLING THE PHONE IT IS LETSTALK INC.

notice the site is not walmart.com

this is similar to the thing that happend with circuit city. after they went under a web site started using their name, logos, etc. they got them from circuit city. people thought it was the same company and it was not. it was a partnered up web site. prices were higher then the original company.

this stuff happens all the time.

So you "Know" for a fact that Walmart is not going to be selling this phone. I did in fact watch a commercial boasting the sales of Cellular Devices at most Walmart locations. Guess we won't actually "Know" for a fact until it happens eh?

Please don't say you "Know" something unless you do. Its quite rude ;) lol

dude you have issues. where in the world did i ever say i know for a fact walmart will not be selling these phones.

i do know for a fact that this is not walmart selling the phone.
did i ever say "not going to be?"

as a matter of fact i said "truth is you (and I) have no idea"
i did include myself in this statement.

do not quote someone unless you know what you are quoting. maybe you should read what i said again. and read s l o w l y. because it seems like you are missing somethings or just adding things that suit your own purpose.

i still contend that you and i have no idea about what is going to happen with anything that has to do with walmart and the nexus.
and i must add now that i dont think you know anything in general. please get your facts straight before you start writing and mis quoting people. DA.

The Walmart stores in our area offer cell phones. The droid is offered there.

Unless Google changes their business model and starts putting phones in-store I doubt we will see the Nexus One at a Walmart store.

yup...like the afine1 said - its a letstalk.com domain, just using walmart to promote some...doubt youll be able to buy it in store, nevermind for less than from google

yeah because it was released to early probably.. always happens..

I find it hard to believe this is credible. Supposedly one of the big deals about the N1 was the online store as a new purchase paradigm.

So if you're Google,a nd pushing online, unlocked sales using Google checkout - why put them into WalMart? Seem counterproductive to the stated goal to me.

Well that is why I said "I know" it's going to be cheaper. I thought it was going to be sold by Walmart. Do not tell me what I can and can't say, though... ever... again... in your life. Calm down.
