Application home bar

So i don't know if this is the right forum for this but its bothering my OCD to no end and i can't seem to figure out how to fix it.

Normally on the home screen my contacts, messages, phone and applications would be displayed at the bottom of any of the main screens. I must've hit something because now all that i have at the bottom is the applications tab. I figured i could drag the messages,contacts and phoen tab back down there, but sadly only a remove trashcan appeared. how do i get them all back to that bottom main bar, help!

Welcome to the forums!

It sounds like you installed a launcher and it replaced your previous launcher. If this is the case try tapping the Home button and see if you get a choice of launchers to use.

Which launcher are you using? Can you long-press any of the empty slots and choose an app shortcut?

Looks like you're using a nice launcher, you should be able to customize your shortcuts now

Yeahhh, i can do that. I'm having problems adding it to the bottom bar with just applications on it. Before it had contacts, messaging and phone. I can add them to the screen, but i want to be able to have them all on the bottom so when i go from page to page they remain there.

which phone do you have? Have you installed a 3rd party launcher? You can go to the market and install a launcher such as LauncherPro, OpenHome, aHome, go Launcher, ADW EX ,etc. until you can fix the current issue. That way you can get your icons back for now.
