Mine installed. It's taking forever to boot back up. It's been stuck on the AT&T screen for about 3 mins and the (M) screen took a couple mins too. I hope it didn't freeze.
The last two updates did that. Just be patient and let it do it's thing.
I think the first update they put out stayed at the AT&T screen for about 5 to 10 minutes the first boot. That's when it's really setting itself up. The more you had on your phone (Apps, data...) the longer it will take. The flashing is quick because it's just unpacking the stock image. Then, it has to reset itself up like you had it.

Mine came up after about 6 minutes at the AT&T screen.
However, it's freaking out...
-Every txt message I got while it was down has come in about 4 times
-Many of my apps are not responding.
It's the first boot after an update. I'm going to let the 2 or 3 apps from the market that want to update, update, then reboot it. That will probably smooth it back out.

Mine froze with a black screen so i took the battery out then it froze on the att page so i removed the battery again and it finnaly booted up on the 3rd try. I might reboot again cause its still a bit laggy and jittery.
Mine showed the android guy with the progress bar (it almost made it to the end) and then rebooted, went to the Dual Core screen, then went to a blank screen and I left it there for about 20 min before pulling the battery. After that it booted to the AT&T logo, sat there for a few min and then came up normally.
