The last two updates did that. Just be patient and let it do it's thing.

I think the first update they put out stayed at the AT&T screen for about 5 to 10 minutes the first boot. That's when it's really setting itself up. The more you had on your phone (Apps, data...) the longer it will take. The flashing is quick because it's just unpacking the stock image. Then, it has to reset itself up like you had it.

It just booted up. Took about 5-10 mins.

Mine came up after about 6 minutes at the AT&T screen.

However, it's freaking out...
-Every txt message I got while it was down has come in about 4 times
-Many of my apps are not responding.

It's the first boot after an update. I'm going to let the 2 or 3 apps from the market that want to update, update, then reboot it. That will probably smooth it back out.
