Hi everyone.
Recently joined the Android world with my acquisition of the Moto Droid.
I had a long series of Nokias and the occasional SE in the past, and fooled around with Series 60 and Symbian before deciding that Nokia series 40 did all I needed to do.
Watched the arrival of the iPhone with interest, and acquired an iPod touch a year ago, but never was moved to get the iPhone.
Then AT&T's network went to hell and it was time to make a move. Research indicated Droid is where it's at for me.
I've been pleasantly surprised at just how good this phone is, and how good the OS, the apps and the community are.
I've already gotten a lot of good information from folks here and look forward to making some contributions of my own as I learn more and can help others just starting out.
