Sooo, been running Cyanogen 7 for a while now and it's been working like a champ. Can't say I really have any complaints at all.

With that said, part of me is ready for a change, if only for the sake of change. What are the latest, most popular ROMS out there right now that people are using, and is there anything as stable as CM7?

Latest and greatest is a personal preference. I would suggest nandroid backup then try out any of the Sense 2.1 or 3.0 roms available. You can find the links here. All are awesome and very well done.

There are plenty of sense 2.1/3.0 ROM's that are very popular, MikG v2.41 and Synergy ROM are among the popular. There are also sense 3.0 ROM's available such as Synergy-Kingdom, Mik Kingdom, Kingdom ROM, to name a few. The sense 2.1/3.0 ROM's are very stable but are beastly in size, so if you haven't partitioned your sd card yet, it is suggested you do so.

You can find all the ROM's I mentioned here.

You can find information on how to partition your sd card here.

EvoKings has some good ones too. Kinged Kingdom(Sense 3.0) and Kings Alliance(Sense 2.1/3.0)

I am having such a tough time deciding which rom I like best.I think I would prefer to stick with the sense roms. But I want better battery life, so maybe I should go back to CM7, lol. Although I will say, I have been getting 12-16 hours on some of these sense roms. Not mind blowing, but enough to get through the day without a recharge.
