Hi,

How are you guys. I'm the owner of new HTC magic :). Just got it a few days ago and still in learning process. Before this I was using windows mobile 5.0. 2 years experience of using it, it help me a lot especially in managing part of my life. The most important application that I use a lot is calendar + SPB Plus and put it as a wallpaper so I can see what is the next agenda of meeting so I won't miss anything on that day.

That is a little bit introduction about myself. How about android? Why I decide to move from windows mobile to android?

After reading a lot of review and experience it by myself, I found out that windows mobile 5 is not really stable. My PDA phone always hang, and I always need to restart it. I'm kind of sick of that situation and after two years using it, the phone was really in bad condition. So, that why I decide to try android.

How about iPhone? From the review that I've read, it's just look good from the appearance and not from the inside. I heard a lot of comparison from iphone & htc owner and according to them, iPhone is just look nice from the inside. HTC can do more than that and the price is cheaper than iPhone.

My comments about Android.
* The main purpose I get the PDA phone is to help me to manage my time. Unfortunately, I found that the calendar in android is worst than windows. Window's calendar is better even though I heard lot of people said that it's boring. Right now I'm still looking for better application to replace current calendar so I can put it on the main screen. Yes, I can use widget, but it's limited only for 2 days only and the bad thing is it only display one item at one time... owhh..too bad. Should I back to windows mobile?

* How to install new application. Hmm.. I'm still couldn't find a way how to find the right application and install it into my android. Is there any site that I can download the software from my pc and install it into the android by using the pc.

That's it about my self. Your advice in this matter would be most appreciate. Thanks
