Question about received text messages after unlocking the s2

I just unlocked my galaxy s2 using one of the guides on this site, which worked just fine. I'm able to make phone calls with my SIM card but when I send a text message to someone and they send one back, the time that it shows for when they sent it back is like 5 hours off and as a result all of the messages are above mine. Is this an issue due to the fact that i unlocked it? Or is there something wrong with my carrier?

Did you unlock to Rogers/Fido network? This is a known issue which can be fixed by installing SMS Time Fix from the Market or some say installing Handcent also fixes the problem. The reason is because Rogers/Fido modify the timestamps on their end. When the SMS reaches your phone, it is then adjusted again by your phone, offsetting it by 4 or 5 hours.
