Still trying to read up and gain some understanding of what the v6 script actually does, but I am currently using Balanced #2. I've also used the other balanced settings...#1 and 3...but not with 2.6 yet.

It definitely helps dramatically with LP redraws and being able to multitask by not having podcasts (google listen) and music get killed while using other apps.

I don't currently have compcache on...but might just do that right now.

slowed down alot for me when I started using compcache.....let me know how you make out

My phone has never liked compcache no matter which ROM/kernel/governor combo I have tried.
That includes FROYO and GB ROMs as well.
