exactly what I was hoping you would say Will be flashing tonight! I d/l straight to my phone last night which I usually do not do, is the flashing process the same, does the ROM save straight to the root of my SD?

It goes under downloads which is on the root of your SD card. Flash in recovery as usual.

I'm in Recovery as we speak, backup almost done, then it's wipe wipe wipe and new ROM time

I was running Gingeritis 3D V1.07 for a couple of weeks now and decided to flash a couple of other roms to try them. I went back to Gingeritis but have been having random freezes and shutdowns. Just now the phone froze after I unlocked it right in the middle of the unlock animation. This moring it froze after the alarm went off. The screen was stuck on so the battery went down fast. A little while ago it just shut off and I didn't know it for I don't know how long. I have done a factory wipe and davlik wipe two times and it didn't help. I had to go back to Perfect Storm to have a reliable phone. I liked this rom. Any ideas on what is going on? Thanks.

hate to say it,but you may want to find another rom. i have been very steadily losing respect for chingy as a developer after some recent events. given that and the fact that its not working so great for you anyway,give a few others a try. there are lots to chose from

This appears to be a kernel issue. Others have found a fix by simply flashing a new one. I've always liked chingy's roms. They are normally my goto sense roms.

Well I reflashed this rom after the v-1.1 update and I must say I haven't had any of the forced close or freezing I did before on the previous version. Also this rom seems to have the best battery life of any rom I have tried. Even better that CM7. My only complaint is the HTC Hub is a little harder to get into. You have go into under the extras setting to find it. In Bamf Forever 1.10 it has its own HTC Hub app which is a little smoother to access. I am using this rom daily now. Sorry Bamf Forever. I love you too but the battery life rocks on Gingeritis.
