"I HAVE MINE..." Thread...

well each case is different.

if you ordered thru the SP FTB racket last monday the shipping was waived. only only paid taxes in ones area. and nearly all who did that received their handsets in 24 hours or less.

depends on how you guys went with ordering..

Sprint DOES charge for shipping normally and it is usually 12 bux and usually overnight... sometimes you can get them to waive the fee however it helps if you have a squeaky clean account in good standing, no late pays, etc etc...

Ordered mine through my parents business account, and used their business rep and she was able to get me all sorts of discounts and credits because i ported over from Big Red VZW.

probably also helps that they have been with sprint/nextel for the better part of 10 years.

No shipping charge here either. In fact, I've never paid shipping or activation when ordering online or through telesales. I did pay activation once at the actual Sprint store. Even though I am cute and charming the guy would not waive the activation fee ;)

I've never paid any activation or shipping fees, but that's only because of the deal my employer has with Sprint.

Been on this forum from the beginning. Been lurking lately. But, I FINALLY have my 3V0. About damn time.

And wtf guys, unlimited mobile to mobile, 1600 minutes to a landline, and unlimited data for under $120, who wouldn't do something like that? GO Sprint

Congrats! :D You could save more $$ if you drop your minutes to 450. On our family plan with 1500 minutes we average about 400 total per month with 4 phones. But if you drop down you lose your yearly upgrades though. TeleNav is free also. TeleNav has a feature I like that looks up restaurants with ratings and gas with prices plus a lot of other stuff. Happy 3Ding

I just uninstalled TeleNav haha. We have a family plan though so IDK if we can go lower? Still an excellent deal.

Got mine sunday so I'm now on day 5 with my 3D. 3 hours home and it was rooted.

Scores I've run have been 2159 stock in quadrant and 84.5 in linpack @1.7 with the silverneedle kernel. I've been waiting to upgrade to a newer phone from my OG Droid, and so far, I'm pretty happy with my EVO.

This is my first post moving over to this section so, sup !

And LOVE IT, the rep even got me a $125 credit switching from Virgin Mobile, I got an advanced tech support line as well so I don't have to deal with all that mumbo jumbo... LOVE THE PHONE!!!! I roam at home so I called up sprint to ask if I'd pay any extra fees and one rep said $.20/txt and I was majorly let down, then called the advanced support tech and she informed me thats only for out of nation roaming, and any local roming would be the same as any other data. She also set me up with an Airave for free, said it should be here in 5-7 business days... All around very pleased with sprint :D

Only issue that I did have was when they switched my number over the rep said it'd take a few hours to convert and he gave me a temp number, but through a whole mess of random occurances the temp line was dropped, but with a prl and profile update everything works perfectly now...

Also, according to sprint, I already am available for a new upgrade because of some mistake... LOL

Just wanted to post a GOOD thread for once because there's far too many support threads making people think that all sprint is bs lol...

but so far (knock on wood) nothing to complain about :D
