Help add number to synced facebook contacts

I just got this phone and synced my facebook contacts. People with their numbers listed on facebook synced with no problem. Those without listed phone numbers synced but it will not let me add a number to the contact. It says 'facebook contact information is not editable on this device'. Is there anyway around this?

Just make a Google contact out of those. I don't have many FB friends (on purpose), so I just made Google contacts out of the ones I didn't have, then got rid of the FB app. I prefer using FB through a browser.

Thanks for the help. I don't really like the facebook app either but it might take some getting used to.

I did find a solution to this editing facebook contact info problem.

When you try to edit and the error message 'facebook contact info is not editable on this phone' comes up just hit menu button, new contact, add phone number. the number will now add to the facebook contact

Yeah, i make google contacts then facebook links them automatically, if the names are the same.
