Well... MS is suing Moto.How do you think it will affect Bionic?

I honestly dont think it will delay it or anything like that. MS's BS lawsuit is only to get Moto to pay them rather than actually stop all sales.

However, i do believe that this may result in Moto making their phones more expensive and taking out some features that are related to the patents. This is getting really really ******ed...MS cant compete fairly so this bs has to come up.

Doubt it will do anything to the Bionic. The earliest anything can happen is November, and the Bionic will be long since released.

Yes... So wut?
Apple and MS both bought portfolios of patents. Patents that are in a way vague and conceptual that it can be applied to almost every products in its field.

We used to call them "submariners" now they have developed into something we call "uber patent trolls"(yes some people in the industry actually use this term. lol). Either way, it is nothing but abuse of patent laws. and at the end, it leads to unfair competition and decreases product development.

In LONG RUN, it harms all consumers(even the MS phone consumers). it simply is against the core principal of capitalism and free market.

Considering Microsoft makes more money off of Android than they do on their own WinMo7 phones, they shouldn't be trying to halt any phones that support Android.
