Hello!

I have just bought the SGS2 and am really impressed by it. However, with the talk of new phones being released on the horizon... should I stick with it?

I have until Tuesday (30th August) to decide whether or not I want it.

Should I wait for the Google Nexus Prime? iPhone 5? Samsung Galaxy S2 Plus?

One thing that puts me off the Google Nexus Prime is the 5MP camera. Only rumoured of course, but would be a drop down from SGS2...

Waaaaaa!

What should I do?

Any help at all welcomed and greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

I have the same dilemma! Sold my iPhone 4 and I want a new one! I can buy now the sgs2 but IFA is so close... But then again, even if they announce sth really good then, I have to wait like another month or even two....
That kinda sucks...

Ps
I kinda really want to buy the sgs2 but the only thing that worries me is the poor wifi signal...how can I confirm that indeed there is a problem or not...
I have read numerous reviews etc and some people say they get poor wifi signal reception while others say that's its fantastic!

HELP ! :))))))

I'm a professional photographer/graphic artist, so let me say something about the about digital cameras...the MP has NOTHING to do with image quality. Well it has something, but it is only one variable...I'd take a 5MP camera with a better image sensor, better ISO (so pics are not grainy), faster shutter ANYDAY over a 24 MP camera failing in those other areas.
I actually still have a Nikon D50 (but obviously have upgraded to full body models), DSLR camera, that takes 6MP photos...I can promise you that that your cell phones with 8-12MP can not TOUCH what this is capable of

You have to ask yourself if you are happy with your SGS2. If you are, then stick with it. If not, then return it. There's no guarantee that the next, newer phone is going to make you happy. If you are happy with your SGS2, then you know for sure you have a phone that makes you happy right now.

There are always new phones coming out. Just get used to the fact that whichever phone you buy, there will always be newer ones over the lifetime of your phone.
