How to import contact list from plaintext/excel into samsung galaxy s2?

Basically, I have two lists from my old phone, which come either in excel, or plaintext (I can convert between those two formats without a problem). Unfortunately I have no idea how to import those lists into a Samsung Galaxy S2, without having to type them manually.
The lists usually have a format like this
number; name; surname; (sometimes mail); (sometimes address)

Is there any tool that allows me to convert the plaintext/excel into those weird formats used by Samsung?

Also one other thing, what would be the best way to convert contacts (3rd list, not that important for me) from a Nokia E52 to have it in my Samsung (in a group "work" or something like that).

Ive tried googling this and cannot find it; and manually retyping 2x 300 contacts is a pain.

Import them first into gmail(the desktop version not on your phone) and then merge gmail contacts with your Samsung contacts.
