Dude, you live in the UK. There is no food that you guys have that would even remotely come close to being as good as this. Think a nice creamy gravy, with breakfast sausage crumbled up in it, poured over some buttermilk flaky biscuits. Nothing but love in that meal. Comfort food at it's finest.
